APPLICATION OF William Zerichi To be Admitted a Citizen By occupation bar lander of the United States of America. William Lericke being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America that he was born in Pussia on or about the 13th day of Deerm for in the year one thousand eight hundred and uigh pixty prowand emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of new Yak in the State of then york on or about the 30 th day of Jacan ber A. D. 1991 and that he now resides at No. 75 grouz Street, in New Britain; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the United States since December 1891, and continuously within the State of Connecticut since December I 891 and that said applicant did OR the 3d day of new Brilain October I 900 before the City Court of declare his. intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this day MAR 6 1906 Chadeviller 19 William Beich Applicant. Clerk. With William Jachment eximitative being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at a lobern No 160 Washington Street, in New Billin State of Connecticut, and is by occupation that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past thirtern years, to wit, from march I 892 to present time 1 that his occupation is that of bar tander , and that he resides at No 75 grove Street, in new Britain that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since march 1892 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since march I 892 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
