APPLICATION OF mike Pavery To be Admitted a Citisen By occupation Sabnu of the United States of America. mike gavery being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for (admission as a Citizen of the United States of America ; that he was born in aurlina on or about the 29 day of October in the year one thousand eight hundred and 73 and remigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of may of Heuliah in A. the D. State 898, of and New york on No. or 56 about since the 3 day that hr now resides at Street, in New Britain that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States since may 3 898, and continuously within the State of Connecticut usince way 3 A9t and that said applicant did on the 30 day of the I 903 before the leity I beur of declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. OCT 28 1904 Sworn to before me, this day of, 19 Applicant. Clerk. Josefal Batick 1. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at N6. Street, in Hewfulain State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Labour that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past see? years, 905 to wit, that from his occupation is that of Sahru Way 3 I fax and to that he resides at No 56 Since Street, in New Putan of the United States of America since May 3 that he personally knows that the applicant has resided coutinuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction 894, and continuously within the State of Connecticut since way I 898, and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does. not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- nor ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. 001 2 8 1904 Sworn to before me, this day of 19.
