to astate Partunal mactula being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. Street, in ambritain State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a vion worker that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past 10 00 15 years, to wit, from I to I , that his occupation is that of filing castings and that he resides at No. Street, in publitani that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since may June 5 goo and continuously within the State of Connecticut since June 5 I 900 and that during the said tinie of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. IN THE MATTER OF APPLICATION OF THE ABOVE-NAMED APPLICANT TO BE ADMITTED A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. the April 14, 1802, and the Acts subsequently passed on that subject, and to the directions of the Act of etc.," passed Act of Congress of the United States, entitled "An Act to Establish an Uniform Rule of Naturalization, of The above-named applicant having applied to be admitted a Citizen of the United States pursuant to the directions "Än to the in Court, producing such evidence and affidavits and making such declarations and renunciations, and appearing personally are Act Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into United States," approved March 3, 1903, and Congress entitled made and recorded, it by the said acts required, is and it appearing to the Court that the said affidavits of the applicant and his taking witness such oaths were as duly States of America.
