APPLICATION OF beharles Kozlowski To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation press man being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America: that he was born in Russia on or about the 12 day of Feb in the year one thousand eight hundred and 73 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of Murpuck in the State of Mayrina on or about the 7 day of may A. D. 1897 and that he now resides at No 57 chesterl Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the United States since may 897, and continuously within the State of Connecticut since may 897 and that said applicant did on the 14 day of sapt 903 before the Certy Court J NumBritein declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. SEP 31905 Sworn to before me, this day of 19 chalis Kazhousni Applicant. Clerk. Paul sakalouskis being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No 22 Woodland Street, in NuBritain State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a bar twuch that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past light years, to wit, from I 897 to the present 1 that his occupation is that of norko in thop and that he resides at No 57 Chestmul Street, in Multitan that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since may and State of Connecticut since may 897 1897 continuously attached within the the and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, to principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. 2 Sworn to before me, this day of.
