APPLICATION OF Lunding Dymmcki To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation machanie Lunding Dymmchi being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America ; that he was born in Anatria on or about the 24 th day of Syllam In in the year one thousand eight hundred and seventy four and emigrated the United States, landing the to at Port of new you in the State of new york on or about the 6th day of november A. D. 1895 and that he now resides at No. 124 Kinning his Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since novembnts 1895 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since normal In I 898 and that said applicant did on the 23 day of Dretabn I 900 before the City Court holder the new Britani withinand for the Cig-ef new Bring declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this day of. NOV 7- 1904 19 Ludwik Dymincke Applicant. Clerk. Lao Bynowshi being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 5 orange Street, in new Bnim State of Connecticut, and is by occupation tractor a that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past six years, to wit, from fall P 1898 to present time 1 , that his occupation is that of machine and that he resides at No Kannington Street, in new Brian that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since fall of 1898 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since foll of I 595 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, I903.
