1767 MINORS. United States of Elmerica. City Court of New Britain, within and for the City of New Britain, in the County of Hartford and State of Connecticut. APPLICATION OF Jamel To be Admitted a Citisen of the United States of America. By labour occupation Issues Kooyanjian being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America ; that he was born in Arminia on or about the 15th day of april in the year one thousand eight hundred and seven by seven and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of new Yah in the State of new yurk on or about the 17th day of July A. D. 1892 and that he now resides at No. 422 main Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States since July 1892, and continuously within the State of Connecticut since mer, June 190 3 Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. - Sworn to before me, this NOV 7- 1904 day of 19 Chaer yssael Applicant. Clerk. Krika moversion being duly* sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 23 Lafayette Street, in new Bria State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a merchant that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past twenty-people years, to wit, from april 1877, to present timi 1 , that his occupation is that of labert and that he resides at No 422 main Streel Street, in haw B -nitain that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since July 1892 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since June 1903 That he believes when he came to the United States to reside he was under the age of eighteen years, and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
