is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born
in Russia

and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port
of new York in the State of new York on or about the 6th

of January A. D. 1897 and that he now resides at No. 107 Harlful Street,
in New Britain that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the
United States since
January 6th
1897, and
continuously within the State of Connecticut since
January 20

and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated
with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he
advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of
specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government,
because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An
Act
to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
