219 MINORS. United States of Elmerica. City Court of New Britain, within and for the City of New Britain, in the County of Hartford and State of Connecticut. APPLICATION OF Charles milish To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation knot caster being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America ; that he was born in Sermany on or about the 25 day of aug in the year one thousand 80 eight hundred and and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of Miyyna in the State of N.4. on or about the day of maid A. D. 18 $97 and that he now resides at No. 34 Reutehler Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States since march 1997 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since A I 898 Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. OCT 2 7904 Sworn to before me, this day of 19 blank Witelee Phas- Miliah Applicant. Clerk. Edward march being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 34 Runchlu Street, in Bubmitain State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a mechanic that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past six years, to wit, from april 898 to 1 , occupation that his is that of caster and that he resides at No 34 Rentchler Street, in Kurnitam that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since april 898 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since april 898 That he believes when he came to the United States to reside he was under the age of eighteen years, and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3. 1903.
