APPLICATION OF antonio Patriciona By occupation muchanic ) To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. On Tonio Patricions being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America that he was born & in Italy on or about the 11th day of Siftern ber in the year one thousand eight hundred and parents fir and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of Mru York in the State of new you on or about the 1st day of Syblem Gr A. D. 18 99 and that he now resides at No. 135 Church Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the United States since September 1899 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since S application 599 and that said applicant did the 5 the on day of new Birtain within and for CSS-fluw Britain august 1901 before the City Count holding declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, I903. Jourselfer Strrongo New being Britain duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 174 So main Street, in State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a barber that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past over fin years, to wit, from September I 899 to present turn 1 , that his occupation is that of mechanic and that he resides at No Church Street, in new Binlain that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since Septimstra 1899 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since September 899 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States,' approved March 3, 1903.
