in the State of new York on or about the 29 th

A. D. 1893 and that he now resides at No. 10 gatien yals Street,
in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the
United States since
april
1893, and
continuously within the State of Connecticut since
902 Applicant further deposes
and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated
with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he
advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of
specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government,
because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act
to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.

that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction
of the United States of America since

1893 and continuously within the
State of Connecticut since

came to the United States to reside he was under the age of eighteen years, and that during the said time of his
residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the
principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in
so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment,
nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ-
ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any
officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any
