3117 MINORS. United States of Elmerica. City Court of New Britain, within and for the City of New Britain, in the County of Hartford and State of Connecticut. APPLICATION OF Ernest Julies Starkal To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation clark Ernest Julius Starkel being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born in germany on or about the day of June in the year 23d one thousand eight hundred and proventy right and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of new you in the State of new you on or about the fall day of A. D. 18 2 and that he now resides at No. 39 Linden Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States since fall of 1882 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since fall of I 8520 pplicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. OCT 22 1904 Sworn to before me, this day of. 19 blak Milttell Equised Julier Stablet Applicant. Clerk. Thomas C Smith being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 255 n. Sloutly Street, in New Bmlain State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a plane drales that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past twiler years, to wit, from October I 892 to present time 1 , that his occupation is that of clerk and that he resides at No 39 Linden Street, in new Britani that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since October 1892 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since October I 892 That he believes when he came to the United States to reside he was under the age of eighteen years, and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
