3328 ADULTS. United States of Elmerica. City Court of New Britain, within and for the City of New Britain, in the County of Hartford and State of Connecticut. APPLICATION OF Andrew John Ahlstron To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation filuig rules being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America that he was born in on or about the 2 day of sept in the year one thousand eight hundred and 61 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of humn in the State of N.g on or about the 12 day of may A. D. 18 96 and that he now resides at No. 212 main Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the United States since 1896 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since I 896 and that said applicant did on the 3 day of Oct. 900 before the Ceity court of Austritani declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this day of. OCT 22 1904 19 Clerk. Audren John Applicant. No. 39 Dright John anderson being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at Street, in herebritan State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a filing rules that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past light years, to wit, from that his occupation is that of filing rules may 896 to 1 , and that he resides at No. 212 main Street, in Windritan that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since 896 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since I 896 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3. 1903.
