being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. Street, in State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past years, to wit, from I , to I , that his occupation is that of and that he resides at No. Street, in that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since 18 , and continuously within the State of Connecticut since I . That he believes when he came to the United States to reside he was under the age of eighteen years, and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of grood moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act any of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. I, Willian Multy , the above-named has applicant, been do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States, and that for two last it to my bona fide intention to become a Citizen of the United States and to renounce and abjure all allegiance years and fidelity past Kuny Edna KHOO Seal Pere and allegiance and fidelity to any foreign P rince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty; and that I do now absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all of whom 1 have been heretofore a subject. IN THE MATTER OF APPLICATION OF THE ABOVE-NAMED APPLICANT TO BE ADMITTED A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. the April 1802, Congress and the United States, entitled "An Act to Establish an Uniform Rule of pursuant to the directions passed Act The of above-named of applicant having applied to be admitted a Citizen of the United States of by the said producing such evidence and affidavits and making such declarations and renunciations, 3, 1903, and appearing personally in "An Court, Act to Regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March the Act and of Congress entitled 14, the Acts subsequently passed on that subject, and to the directions of Naturalization, etc.," made and acts required, and it appearing to the Court that the said affidavits of the applicant and his taking witness such oaths were as duly are recorded, it is States of America. ORDERED by the said Court that the said applicant be admitted By the Court, than to It be a Unitell Citizen of the United Clerk.
