APPLICATION OF Andrew Lapak To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation labar Andru Lapak being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born in austra on or about the 10th day of January in the year one thousand eight hundred : and sight-there and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of new York in the State of new york on or about the 18 its day of may A. D. 1999 and that he now resides at No. 25 meadow Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the United States since may 1899 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since may 899 Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. OCT 21 1904 Sworn to before me, this day of (LLan MUthelul 19 Undrew depak Applicant. Clerk. Karl Karpenia being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No 216 High Street, in new Briting State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a mechanic that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past fin Jean mine monstores to wit, from may 899 to present twice laters 1 , that his occupation is that of and that he resides at No 25 minitors Street, in N.WB Britain that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since may 1899 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since may I 899 That he believes when he came to the United States to reside he was under the age of eighteen years, and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any of other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
