City Court of New Britain, within and for the City of New Britain, in the County of Hartford and State of Connecticut. to - APPLICATION OF Hingal Eterountzel To be Admitted a Citisen moulder of the United States of America. By occupation Singal Elewartzel being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America that he was born in Seveden on or about the 16 the day of November in the year one thousand eight hundred and ninety and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of newyork in the State of newyork on or about the 25th day of may A. D. 181901 and that he now resides at No. 18 Austin Street, in New Britain that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since may 25 th 1901 18 , and continuously within the State of Connecticut since may 25th 1901 and that said applicant did on the 15th day of September00 before the bityleout for the betty of Newhataka declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc.; as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlaw ful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this 25 day of September ob Fingal Applicaut. Clerk. Muc Johnsoy being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 18 Auster Street, in NewBitaila State of Connecticut, and is by occupation Mechanic a that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past five years, to wit, from June 7. 1901 to Sept. 25, 1906 that his occupation is that of Woulders and that he resides at No 18 austin Street, in Newlainain that he personally knows that the applicant, has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of June nd 1901 IS , and continuously within the State the of United Connecticut States of since America June since 2 me 1901 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
