Samuel July being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he in is Ruesia the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America that he was born on or about the 13 day thousand eight hundred and 99 23 of magining III the year one of Newly and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of may in the State of neugh on or about the 13 day A. D. 99 and that he now resides at No 3t street Street, in New Britain that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since 5 yea and 6ms 99 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since Syran and Gun. did on the L6 day of Calta I for before the Carlen I of $999 and that said applicant Hen Butan declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty,"necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Thank Bulanich No Latreen 200 High Street, in temBurtan State of Connecticut, and is by occupation being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past 5 years, to wit, from of Beth I fag to and that he resides at No Govert 1 , that his occupation is that Street, in that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since 1899, and continuously within the State of Connecticut since I far and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to allorgan- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting OF killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he-violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States approved March 3, 1903.
