being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. Street, in State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past years, to wit, from I , to I , that his occupation is that of and that he resides at No. Street, in that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since 18. , and continuously within the State of Connecticut since I , and that during the said tinie of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of organ- other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act any of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
