392 MINORS. United States of Elmerica. City Court of New Britain, within and for the City of New Britain, in the County of Hartford and State of Connecticut. APPLICATION OF Morrs R. Proller To be Admitted a Citisen of the United States of America. By occupation clothing store being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born in Russia on or about the 10 day of Oct. in the year one thousand eight hundred and 79 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of tryyna in the State of N.Y. on or about the 18 day of Rept A. D. 1888 and that he now resides at No. 35 Lapayette Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States since 888, and continuously within the State of Connecticut since I 892 Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this. Ohan day of. OCT 21 1904 19 Mases R. Raller Applicant. Clerk. samual Harris being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at a barber No. 13 Lagayrtte Street, in New Biran State of Connecticut, and is by occupation that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past eleim years, to wit, from 893 to 1 , that his occupation is that of clothing store and that he resides at No 35Lafayritte Street, in knobitain that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since 1993 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since 893 That he believes when he came to the United States to reside he was under the age of eighteen years, and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 1903.
