393 ADULTS. United States of Elmerica. City Court of New Britain, within and for the City of New Britain, in the County of Hartford and State of Connecticut. APPLICATION OF Charles Westman To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation knife inspecter being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born in serround on or about the 6 day of Dre in the year one thousand eight hundred and 70 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of in the State of N. 4. on or about the 6 day of may A. D. 895 and that he now resides at No. 11 Dright But Street, in New Britail ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since 1995 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since april 7 I 897 and that said applicant did oy the 14 day of Sept 902 before the City Court of Multitain declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this DCI 21 1904 lhas 1day of 19 16 deharles Westman Applicant. Clerk. Kits Nalsm being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 161gultur Street, in Kulzutain State of Connecticut, and is by occupation above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past a grindu that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the surm years, to wit, from 897 1 , that his occupation is that of knife cuspector and to that he resides at No Denight (vert Street, in the BurBritani limits and under the that he personally knows that the applicant has resided coutinuously within jurisdiction of the United States of America since shay 1897 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since 897 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- nor ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
