APPLICATION OF John yonkowski To be Admitted a Citisen of the United States of America. By occupation machanic John you kousti being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the aboye-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States, of America; that he was born in Pursia on or about the 20 day of July in the year one thousand eight hundred and pixtone emigrated United States, landing the and to the at Port of of magner in the State of newyork on or about the 15th day A. D. 1891 and that he now resides at No 241 High Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States since april 15th 1891 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since June 15 1895 and that said applicant did on the 20th day of October 900 before the C3.Count Holden al New Britan within and further 0j of declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in "nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this thanksteters day of OCT 211904 19 John Applicant. Clerk. No 635 2. main for Winikoskis being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at Street, in new Brilan State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a mechanic that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past mine years, to wit, from permiss of 595 to prevent Terms 1 , that his occupation is that of mecamie and that he resides at No High - Street, in new B Intime that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since service for 18 95, and continuously within the State of Connecticut since sensure of I and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- ized nor government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United.States, approved March 3, 1903.
