By occupation anthony Neverdroph being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he in Kurria is the above-name applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born on or about the 15 day of May in the year one thousand eight hundred and 7D and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of Menlyah. in the State of Kev-nah on or about the 15 day of anital A. D. 18 at and that he now resides at No. Clind 20 Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the st, and United States since continuously within the State of Connectieut since fat and that said applicant did on the 19 day of Oith 900 before the Californet new Cutan declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, and that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, with says, any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor either does he of because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
