+60 MINORS. United States of Elmerica. City Court of New Britain, within and for the City of New Britain, in the County of Hartford and State of Connecticut. APPLICATION OF Charles Hultburg To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation mechanic Charlis the above-named applicant Hultury for admission as being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is Citizen of the United States of America ; that he was born in Sweeder on or about the 17th day of Syllam Gr in the year one thousand eight hundred and parent four emigrated landing the Port and to the United States, at of new York in the State of new York on or about the 2d day of august A. D. 89/ and that he now resides at No. 200 6 Washington Street, in New Britain that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the United States since august 9 187/ , and continuously within the State of Connecticut since august 4th I 891 Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, I903. Sworn to before me, this 19. Oclote day of 19ch Cher town - Applicant. Clerk. I No. 67 High Johns Johnson Street, in new Briterin being duly sworn, State of deposes Connecticut, and says, that he resides at and is by occupation a clink that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past therlin years, to wit, from pummer 1891 to present time 1 that his occupation is that of michanic , and that he resides at No Chashing with Street, in new Brita that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since punner 1891 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since summer I 891 That he believes when he residence came to within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to in the United States to reside he was under the age of eighteen years, and that during the said time of the his principles far he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That nor ized a nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any so is he as member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- officer government, officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States of the or of any other organized or government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the March provisions Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved 3, 1903.
