474 ADULTS. United States of Elmerica. City Court of New Britain, within and for the City of New Britain, in the County of Hartford and State of Connecticut. APPLICATION OF Saloman Shurbug To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation merchant Saloman hurbug being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America; that he was born in Austria on or about the 10 day of april in the year one thousand eight hundred and sevenly and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of new you in the State of new york on or about the 25th day of A. D. 1895 and that he now resides at No. 86 Harlfnd an Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years ; that he has resided continuously within the United States since S 25 1895, and continuously within the State of Connecticut since S in 27 I 895 and that said applicant did on the 4 th day of august 1900 , before the as Court holder al paid new Britain within and further asand Town of new Britain declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
