Jassic No Ill Johnson Street, in being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at a Batter. new putain State of Connecticut, and is by occupation that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past 21 years, to wit, from 883, to 1904 that his occupation is that of Bather and that he resides at No. spsing I , Street, in ner Butam that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since 189) and continuously within the State of Connecticut since 902. That he believes when he came to the United States to reside he was under the age of eighteen years, and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, in nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act any of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. IN THE MATTER OF APPLICATION OF THE ABOVE-NAMED APPLICANT TO BE ADMITTED A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. April the 14, 1802, and the Acts States, entitled "An Act to Establish an Uniform Rule of pursuant Naturalization, the directions of Act The of above-named Congress of applicant the United having applied to be admitted a Citizen of the United States to "An Act to Regulate the Immigration subsequently of Aliens passed into on that subject, and to the directions of the Act of etc.," entitled passed in Court, producing such evidence the United States," approved March 3, and Congress made by and recorded, acts it is it appearing to the Court that the said affidavits of the applicant and his taking witness such oaths were as the said required, and and affidavits and making such declarations and renunciations, 1903, and appearing personally are duly States of America.
