APPLICATION OF Malthemarika To be Admitted a Citisen By occupation Moulder of the United States of America. being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as Citizen of the United States of America that he was born in Russia on or about the 8 day of april in the year one thomsand, eight hundred and 78 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of Ballinoie in the State of Maryland on or about the 14th day of Sepleunh A. D. 18 Ef and that he now resides at No ssulitisan Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty. the years that he has resided continuously within the United States since 14th day of Seltewar 189f, and continuously within the State of Connecticut since Oct 900 and that said applicant did on the day of march I 902 before the leilylennt declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, I903. Michael Pelicknich being duly sworn, deposes and that he says, resides at Nrt 39dyanhlin Street, in Nempuration State of Connecticut, and is by occupation Polisher a that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past 5 years, to wit, from 1898 I , that occupation is that of Worlder and that he resides 1904 at No lew Butain Street, in new Autan his to that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the limits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since 1898 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since 9900 and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the in principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organ- of ized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor hashe violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
