APPLICATION OF Dawel sayad To be Admitted a Citizen of the United States of America. By occupation boarding house keeper Daniel sayad being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America that he was born in Persia 25th on or about the day of april in the year one thousand eight hundred and 75 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of Philadelphia in the State of Pa. on or about the 3 J day of may A. D. 1892 and that he now resides at No. 5101/2 Main Street, in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years; that he has resided continuously within the United States since april Z5th 1892 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since may 8 the I 903 Applicant further deposes and says, that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903. Sworn to before me, this 6 day of. June 19.04 Danil Sayad Applicant. Clerk.
