Donis Okeefe being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he resides at No. 45 myrtle Street, in rewartan State of Connecticut, and is by occupation a Holder that he is a citizen of the United States of America, and personally acquainted with the above-named applicant for admission to citizenship of the said United States, and has known him for the past t 13 years, to wit, from may I 1890 to I , that his occupation is that of labner and that he resides at No. Sawler Street, in newsritain that he personally knows that the applicant has resided continuously within the Timits and under the jurisdiction of the United States of America since 1890 and continuously within the State of Connecticut since I 890 That he believes when he came to the United States to reside he was under the age of eighteen years, and that during the said time of his residence within the United States and within the State, he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. That in officer government, nor does he advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing organ- of ized nor is he a member of or affiliated with any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all so far as he knows, is informed, or believes, the applicant does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized goverment, other or officers, either of specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Government of the United States or of any organized government, because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act any of Congress entitled "An Act to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
