ADULTS. United States of Elmerica. City Court of New Britain, within and for the City of New Britain, in the County of Hartford and State of Connecticut. APPLICATION OF Carl J. Johnson To be Admitted a Citisen labour of the United States of America. By occupation Carl F. Johnson being duly sworn, deposes and says, that he is the above-named applicant for admission as a Citizen of the United States of America that he was born in Sweden about the 28 march in the year one on or day of thousand eight hundred and 75 and emigrated to the United States, landing at the Port of newyork m 4. nt in the State of on or about the day of July A. D. 891 and that he now resides at No. Orgood are Street in New Britain ; that he has arrived at the age of twenty-one years that he has resided continuously within the United States since 1891 , and continuously within the State of Connecticut since I 891 and that said applicant did on the 13th day of October 900 before the court of Common Pleas Hartport County declare his intention to become a citizen of the United States and renounce and abjure all allegiance to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State, or Sovereignty whatsoever, etc., as appears by the certificate of the Clerk of said Court, and that he does not disbelieve in nor is he opposed to all organized government, nor is he a member of or affiliated here produced, and said applicant says he is the identical person named therein. Applicant further deposes advocate or teach the duty, necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of any officer or officers, either of with says, any organization entertaining or teaching such disbelief in or opposition to all organized government, nor does he because of his or their official character, nor has he violated any of the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act specific individuals or of officers generally, of the Governmet of the United States or of any other organized government, to regulate the Immigration of Aliens into the United States," approved March 3, 1903.
