Giles Platt

Beacon Faller
who was born in England aged about 65
years, and on oath did declare thatit was BONA FIDE his inten-
tion to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES,
and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and
Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Brit-
ain and Ireland, to William In Emperor of Germany
of whom he is now a subject.
