within and for said having Common Law jurisdiction,
with a Clerk and a Seal, personally appeared,
Jacob Parbel
of
Waterbery
who was born in becumancy aged about 26
years, and on oath did declare thati it was BONA FIDE his inten-
tion to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES,
and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and
Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Victoria Queen of the Unitod Kingdom of Great Brit-
ain and Ireland, to William I. Emperor of Germany
of whom he is now a subject.
