Plymouth datelified Country
who was born in Germany aged about 35
years, and on oath did declare thati it was BONA FIDE his inten-
tion to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES,
and to renounce forever all allegian be and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and
Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Victoria,Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Brit-
ain and Iroland, to William I. Emperor of Germany
of whom he is now a subject.
