BE IT REMEMBERED, That on the
25

Delober A. D. 1882, before the City Court,
District
within and for said City, having Common Law jurisdiction,
Austred
with a Clerk and a Seal, personally appeared,
William Braummer
of
Mangeture
who was born in England aged about 26
years, and on oath did declare thatit was BONA FIDE his inten-
tion to become a CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES,
and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and
Sovereignty, whatever-and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Brit-
ain and Ireland, to William I. Emperor of Germanry
of whom he is now a subject.
