every Victoria, Foreign Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, William I. Emperor

And the said applicant now here in this Court, declares on oath, that he doth absolutely Potentate, and
entirely State and renounce Sovereignty and abjure whatever, all and allegiance particularly and fidelity to Victoria, to every Queen Foreign of the Prince, United Kingdom
of Great Britain and Ireland, William I. Emperor of Germany
of whom he is now a subject, and he also declares on oath, that he will support the Constitution of
the United States of America.
Wherefore. the said applicant is hereby, by this Court, admitted and declared to be a citizen
of the United States of America.
