intention to become an American citizen which was forwarded to this
office for attentione
The date you arrived in the United States has been found from the
Immigration records. Talre this letter and the enclosed paper to the
office of the Clerk of any court having naturalization jurisdiction
in the district in which you reside and he will file your declaration
of intention. The Clerk's fee will be $1.00. NO witnesses are re-
quired.
