312 02 At a Luh Court holden at newLown in and for the County of New London, on in the State of Connecticut, the go Tuesday of Dennay in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty- PRESENT-Hon. Lb. Wales of JUDGE. Me it Remembered, That on the ni day of yany in the Lord one Aupoue year of our thousand hundred and simothy of in said County of New London, appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and a said simothy Seal,) applied nupeu then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the Clerk and and to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the declaration of intention made by hím before thes court as is Innember June ace 18th ten the so-day of Recember 1836 as on file, and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to establish a uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on appeating that subject." Approved 1802. the said Simothy 14th April, you feu And it to the satisfaction of the Court that has resided within the United States five years at least, and in the State of Connecticut one year at least, and that during said five years he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United momethy purpus having declared on oath, that he would support States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. And the said the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any Foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sove- reignty whatever, and particularly to victoria men therefore, considered by the Court, that minothy nephice and of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he was before a subject. It was, hereby is accordingly admitted to become a citizen of the UNITED STATES. stand
