36 1392 ac Court holden at in and for the County of New London, in the State of Connecticut, on the the in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty- hit Tuesday of august PRESENT-Hon. freen P, Would JUDGE. de it Remembered, That on the fifth day of Loptember in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty- Ly yohn Forlan of minim in said County of New London, appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and a Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said John Intan then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention made by him before the City court for the city of minim in tain nate, m the 6th day gl Coloba n L apirts b , as on file, and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled "An Act to establish a uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore passed on that subject." Approved 14th April, 1802. And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the said John Soolan has resided within the United States five years at least, and in the State of Connecticut one year at least, and that during said five years he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United John Toolan having declared on oath, that he would States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.
