the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, and that he did absolutely and entirely
renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any Foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sove-
reignty whatever, and particularly to
Orietina Queen
of therefore, the United considered Kingdom by of Great Court, Britain that and Ireland, of whom he was before a subject. It was,
