JUDGE.
Me it Remembered, That on the 24th day of allance in
the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and fitty- be, Patricle Tearly
of
in said County of New Lóndon, appeared in
open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and a
said then exhibited the Court Certificate of the the
Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And
to a
declaration of intention made by him before the
bent on the 20thcday felember dose

as on file, and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress
entitled "An Act to establish a uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore
passed on that subject." Approved 14th April, 1802.

renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any Foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sove-
