John I Park JUDGE. Me Remembered, That on the it 24th day of March Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty- 60. in the year of our John audience of Strauklen in said County of New London, appeared in open Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and a Clerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the said then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the declaration of intention made by him before the brand to the satifaction / this beact that he came to the United State while he was amine under 18 years afarettes it Chen mar, ever suice has been Kitell is chantide this nitention to became a beligen f Minted Slates KC s on file, and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress entitled An Act to establish a uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeal the acts heretofore -passed on that subject." Approved 14th April, 1802. And it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the said auderion John has resided within the United States five years at least, and in the State of Connecticut one year at least, and that during said five years he has behaved as a man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. And the said auderate having declared on oath, that he would support the CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, and that he did absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any Foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sove- reignty whatever, and particularly to Victoria been of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he was before a subject. It was, therefore, considered by the Court, that John audition be, and hereby is accordingly admitted to become a citizen of the UNITED STATES.
