P. wales\nJUDGE.\nme it Remembered, That the q day of September in the year of our\non\nLord one thousand eight hundred and fifty- hixJohn m Ginnis\nof\nminimum\nin said County of New London, appeared in\nopen Court, (the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law Jurisdiction, and a\nClerk and Seal,) and applied to be admitted to become a citizen of the United States. And the\nsaid John m a Grimis then exhibited to the Court a Certificate of the\ndeclaration of intention made by him before the then humen Q the\nCourt that he came the minter\n17 je call that he has nu himes\nWhituhe was a minu mulu with in\nnaty naty mn than Eight jean the known\nthe uniter Nates that n then was her\nsince has been Nawa bona fine his\nintention Wheeme a citizen of the united\nreals. to wmn an de\nD Whalin mein prince potentall state\nas on file, and required as the first condition according to the first section of the Act of Congress\nentitled An Act to establish a uniform rule of Naturalization, and to repeat the acts heretofore\npassed on that subject.\" Approved 14th April, 1802.\nAnd to the satisfaction\nit appearing of the Court that the said John me\nyinnis has resided within the United States five years at least, and\nin\nthe State of Connecticut one year at least, and that during said five years he has behaved as\na man of good moral character, attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United\nStates, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. And the said\nJohn\nme quinn\nhaving declared on oath, that he would support\nthe CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES, and that he did absolutely and entirely\nrenounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any Foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sove-\nreignty whatever, and particularly to\nvictina mean\nof the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, of whom he was before a subject.
