At the Ceneratz Court, holden at brooklyne in and for the County of Windham, in the State of Connecticut, on the second Tuesday of December now residing in Killingly A. D. 1853. Cyndrure Nearly in the County of Windham, a free white person, County Afteyo and an alien, makes his report and declaration, that he was born at Jameplanamy in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, on or about the 14th day of Hermany A. D. 1830; and that he emigrated to the United States, and arrived at Bivillna in the State of Rhade Escard on the 100 " day of May A. D. 1850 ; that it then was and still is bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particu larly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland whose subject he now is. his Cinchevery learney Sworn in open Court this 14th day of mark Duman A. D. 18,53 and by the Court ordered to be recorded and kept on file. Attest United Fuller Clerk.
