APPLICATION FOR FINAL PAPERS. TO the Honorable Superior Court, misham Chikera Yow in session at in and for the County of Windham n Sciden now resident at millinantic, Tom 7 mishou in said County, respectfully represents that he was born in Jedica Syring 24 the day of September A. D. 1876 and is now about 34 years of age ; and that he arrived at newyork Cit my on or about the 16 day of april A. D. 1893 that it was then,and still is bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States of America, and to renounce all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Sultan of Trucky of the United Kingdom of Great Ruitoin and Irckanel whose subject he has heretofore been, all of which appears on the record of the Honorable Weller CircuibCount Superior Court in and for the County of allen, state Indiana on the 2 and day of may A. D. 1898 a certified copy of which record is herewith exhibited. AND THE SAID Checkna n. Sinine further represents, that he has ever since continued within the jurisdiction of the United States ; that he has never borne any hereditary title, or been of any of the orders of nobility ; that he is ready to renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, particularly and to Sulter, 2 Surkey of the United Kingdom of Groat Britain, Ireland whose subject he has heretofore been ; that he is attached to the principles of the Constitution of the U lited States of America, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the saine. WHEREUPON, he prays that he may be admitted to become a citizen of the United States of America, ac- cording to therforms of the Statute in such case made and provided.
