UNITED STATES OF AMERICA State of Connestiout, Country of bindham, SS. Beht Remembered, That John Tiary of Killingly in the County of Windkam, but late of the United Kingdom of Great Britain any Irelaud, appeared before the elork of the Court for said County of Windham, at Putuam Superior in said County, on the sixteent day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eigh minety air the said Court being a Court of Record, having Common Law juris- diction, and a Clerk and Seal, and declared on oath before said Court, that it was bona fide his intention to be- come a citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any Foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatsoever, and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland STATE OF CONNECTICUT, COUNTY OF WINDHAM, ss. I, Samuel H. Seward, Clerk of the Superior Court for said County of Windham, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of Record. Given under my hand and seal of office, this 16th day o deplaration in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety air Samuel It Deevan Clerk.
