Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Hunhert King
of the United Kingdom of Maty
-Groat Britain and Iroland
whose subject he has heretofore been.

that he has ever since continued within the jurisdiction of the United States ; that he has never borne any
hereditary title, or been of any of the orders of nobility ; that he is ready to renounce and abjure all allegiance
