To the Honorable Superior Court, Now in session at Brooklym, Middhau in and for the County of Windham Timothy shea now resident at minthum treena in said County, respectfully represents that he was born in in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, on or about the 12 of. november day A. D. 1864 and is now about 28 years of age; and that he arfived at Boston man on or about the day of way A. D. 1884, that it was then, and still is bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States of America, and to renounce all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, whose subject he has heretofore been ; all of which appears on the record of the honorable Superion Court, holden at mindham in and for the County of Mirtham on the 247 day 1888 Tucoday of made a certified copy of which record is herewith exhibited. AND THE SAID Terrorting Sluce further represents, that he has ever since continued within the jurisdiction of the United States that he has never borne any hereditary title, or been of any of the orders of nobility ; that he is ready to renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Irelan 1 Victoria Quien whose subject he has heretofore been ; that he is attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States of America, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. WHEREUPON, he prays that he may be admitted to become a citizen of the United States of America, ac- cording to the forms of the Statute in such case made and provided. And as in duty bound will ever pray. Dated at minth any this 294 day of orloter Timother Shea A. D. 1892 I do solemnly swear that I will support the CONSTITUTION of the UNITED STATES, and that I hereby renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, par- ticularly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland. So HELP ME God.
