in said County, respectfully represents that he was born in

of age ; and that he arrived at

on or about the

A. D. 1880, that it was then,and still is bona fide his
intention to become a citizen of the United States of America, and to renounce all allegiance and fidelity to
every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Alex
of the United Kingdom of Nicholas II

all of which appears on the record of the Honorable
Superior Court, holden at

A. D. 1894 a certified copy of which record is herewith exhibited.

Abraham Weisberg
further represents,
that he has ever since continued within the jurisdiction of the United States ; that he has never borne any
hereditary title, or been of any of the orders of nobility ; that he is ready to renounce and abjure all allegiance
and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to
Nicholas
II of the United Kingdom-of Czar of Russia
Great Britain, Ircland
whose subject he has heretofore been ; that he is attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United

States of America, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same.
WHEREUPON, he prays that he may be admitted to besome a citizen of the United States 'of America, ac-
cording to the forms of the Statute in such case made and provided. And as in duty bound will ever pray.
