admitted for 5 94 APPLICATION FOR FINAL PAPERS. TO the Honorable Superior Court, Now in session at Putnam in and for the County of Windham John Gullivun now resident at Plampild in said County, respectfully represents that he was born in Isiland the 24th day of funce A. D. 18/8 and is now about 26 years of age ; and that he arrived at New york on or about the 1 it day of Mererah A. D. 1889, that it was then,and still is bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the Unite: 1 States of America, and to renounce all allegiance and fidelity to every whatever, particularly foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty and to Nictoria of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland whose subject he has heretofore been, all of which appears on the record of the Honorable Superior Court, holden at Partnana in and for the County of Minitham on the 28 th day of betaber A. D. 1892 a certified copy of which record is herewith exhibited. ANDITHE SAID John Gulliuan further represents, that he has ever since continued within the jurisdiction of the United States ; that he has never borne any hereditary title, or been of any of the orders of nobility ; that he is ready to renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State or Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Nictoriu of the United Kingdom of Great Britain, Ireland whose subject he has heretofore been ; that he is attached to the principles of the Constitution of the United States of America, and well disposed to the good order and happiness of the same. WHEREUPON, he prays that he may be admitted to become a citizen of the United States of America, ac- cording to the forms of the Statute in such case made and provided.
