now residing in Thumprom
in the County of Windham, a free white person,
and an alien, makes his report and declaration, that he was born at Sillan County
of Autram
in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland,
on or about
the 1st day of Imm
A. D. 18/1 2. ; and that he emigrated to the United
States, and arrived at Basteu
in the State of Manachets
on
the pr day of Component A. D. 1846 ;
that it then was and still is
bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all
allegiance to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particu-
larly to Victoria, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland
whose subject he now is.
