and particularly to Victoria, Qucen of the United kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.

tion of the United States of America, and well disposed to the good order and happiness
of the same.
Whereupon he prays that he may be admitted to become a citizen of the United States
of America, according to the forms of the Statute in such cases made and provided. And
