At the Superior Court, holden at Brooklyn in and for the County of Windham, in the State of Connecticut, on 4th A. D., 1855. Patrick Filshatrick the Tuesday of jainy now residing in hoodstock in the County of Windham, a free white person, and an makes his and declaration, was alien, report that he born at annaligh in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, on or about the of insuch A. D., 1829; and that he emigrated to the United States, and arrived at Balternow in the State of Maryland on the T day of may A. D., 184% that it then was and still is bona fide his intention to become a citizen of the United States, and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to every foreign Prince, Potentate, State and Sovereignty whatever, and particularly to Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland whose subject he now is. Court this 30 patrick Sworn in open day of January A. D., 1855 and by the Court ordered to be recorded and kept on file. Attest Phone, George Clerk.
